Saute in 3/4 stick of butter, l large onion, l red pepper, l green
pepper, garlic, mushrooms s&p. When soft, add some white wine.
You can either add a fish base with equal parts of cream or a pack-
age of lobster or shrimp soup mix, or a can of Campbell’s cream of
Shrimp soup. Mix to desired consistency for a sauce to pour over
pasta or add shrimp or crab meat or lobster – place on a platter
and surround with fresh pea pods. Sprinkle with parmesan and
parsley.
