3 pkgs. (8 oz.) cream cheese softened
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
l tsp. vanilla
2 cups (l2 oz.) mini semi sweet chocolate chips, divided
l extra serving size packaged graham cracker crumb crust (9 oz.)
2 tbsps. whipping cream
Heat oven 450. Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Stir in l-2/3 cups small chocolate chips/ pour into crust.
Bke l0 mins. Without opening oven door reduce temp to 250; continue baking 30 mins. or just until set. Remove from oven to wire rack. Cool completely. Cover; refrigerat e until thoroughly chilled.
Place remaining l/3 cup chips and whipping cream in small microsafe bowl. Cook on high 20-30 seconds or just until chips are melted and mixis smooth when stirred. Cool slightly; spread over top of cheesepie. Refrigerate l5 mins. or until topping is set. Cover; refrigerate leftover cheesepie.
