EASY CHICKEN & POTATO CASSEROLE

l pkg. hjash brown potatoes (box)
4 cups hot water
2 cups cooked chicken chopped
l cup celery chopped
l cup cheddar cheese, grated
l/3 cup sliced green onions
‘l cup soup cream
l can cream of chicken soup
l pkg. frozen broccoli chopped
Heat oven 350. Cover potatoes with hot water in a 2-l/2 qt. bowl. Let stand uncovered l0-20 mins. Drain. Mix potatoes and remaining ingredients, spread in ungreased rectangular baking dish. Bake uncovered until hot and bubly, 40-45 mins. Sprinkle with more cheese if desired. Serves 5 Prodigy
