2 tnbsps. white wine vinegar
;2 ts[/ Dijon mustard
l/4 tsp. salt
l/4 tsp. pepper
dash worcestershire sauce
l/3 cup olive oil
2 tbsps. snipped fresh dill
combine first 5 ingredients. slowly add oil until emulsified. add dill and combine.
Serve over haricots verts (simmered 4 mins.), cherry tomatoes (halved salted and drained for aobut l hr. cucumber slices decoratively on a platter.
