About 3 lbs. chicken wings, salted & peppered
4 tbsps. butter
2 tbsps. prepared Dijon mustard
l cup chicken broth
l tbsps. Worcestershire sauce
2/3 cup bread crumbs
Preheat oven 400. Melt butter in baking dish large enough to hold
the wings in onelayer. Add wing pieces & turn them in butter to coat
well. Place wings skin side down in dish and bake l5 mins. Meanwhile
blend mustard with l/3 cup of chicken broth & Worcestershire sauce.
Pour mustard mixture over all & sprinkle with l/3 cup of bread
crumbs. Shake pan with chicken pieces tokeep the pieces loosened.
Turn pieces & bake l5 mins. longer & add remaining chicken stock.
Turn the pieces once more. Bake l5 mins. Add the remaining bread
crumbs & bake abou8t l0 mins longe, or until nicely browned.
