About 3 lb chicken wings, salted & peppered
4 tbsp prepared Dijon or Dusseldorf mustard
1 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp Worcestshire sauce
2/3 cup bread crumbs
1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Melt butter in baking dish large enough to hold the wing pieces
in one layer. Add wing pieces & turn them in butter to coat well.
Place wings skin side down in dish & bake 15 min.
3. Meanwhile, blend mustard w/ 1/3 cup of chicken broth & Worcest-
4. Pour mustard mixture over all & sprinkle with 1/3 cup of bread
crumbs. Shake pan w/ chicken pieces to keep pieces loosened.
Turn pieces & bake 15 min longer. Add remaining stock.
5. Turn the pieces once more. Bake 15 min. Add t he remaining bread
crumbs & bake 10 min longer, or until nicely browned.
