CURLY NOODLE PORK SUPPER

l lb. pork tenderloin cut into l/4″ strips
l med. sweet red pepper cut into l” pieces’
l cup broccoli florets’
4 green onions cut into l” pieces
l tbsps. veggie oil
l-l/2 cups water
2 pkgs. (3 oz. each) pork ramen noocles
l tbsps. minced fresh parsley
l tbsps. soy sauce
In a large skillet cook pork, red pepper, broocoli and onions in oil until meat is no longer pink. Add the water, noodles with contents of seasoning packets, parsley and soy sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cook for 3/4 mins. or until noodles are tender. Serves 3 to 4
