4 cups flour
l lbs. cottage cheese
l lbs. butter or margarine
Cut together in food processor. When chilled, roll like pie dough.
Cut into 3″ squares. Place l tsp. jam on bottom – pinch all around.
Beat 2 egg whites until foamy. Paint each crescent then roll in mix
ture of chopped nuts & sugar. Place on cookie sheet and bake l6
to l8 minutes, or until slightly browned on bottom. 375 oven.
