l-l/4 cups sugar
3/4 cup freshly squeeed orange juice
l tbsps. butter melted
l/8 tsp. grated orange rind
l tnsps. Grand Marnier or orange flavored liquer
In small saucepan cook sugar over med heat until melted and golden, stirring constantly. Stir in orange juice; mix until well blended. Stir in butter and orange rind; boil l to l-l/2 mins. or until slightly thickened. Stir in Grand Marnier. Keep warm. Makeabout 12 crepes and keep warm if possible (not that necessary) but not cold. Fold crepes into triangles; place 2 on each serving plate. Spoon 3 to 4 tbsps. hot orange sauce over crepes.
