l/4 cup white wine vinegar
3 tbsps. fresh lemon juice
2 tbsps. plain yogurt
l tsp. Dijon mustard
2 large garlic cloves, crushed
l/2 tsp. sugar
l/2 tsp. salt
l/2 tsp. pepper
l/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
2 tbsps. extra virgin olive oil
l/2 cup vegetable oil
In a lidded jar mix all ingredients together and shake until blended
After use, store any remaining vinaigrette in refrigerator.
