l/2 cup sour cream
l cup mayonnaise
3 ozs. smoked salmon
l tbsps. red wine vinegar
3/4 tsp. salt
l/2 cup chopped drained canned tomatoes
l/2 cup chopped scallion
In a food processor blend the sour cream, mayo, salmon, vinegar,
salt, tomatoes and scallion until the mixture is smooth. The
dressing keeps, covered and chilled, for l week.
Serve with salad greens or as a dip.
Makes about 2 cups.
