a 2-lb. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
l/3 cup chopped green onions
2 cups shredded cheddar chese, divided
l can condensed cream of potato soup
l/4 cup butter
2 cups sour cream
s& p to taste
Heat oven 350. In small pot heat soup, butter and sour cream over low heat. Combine potatoes, green onion and l cup cheese into a large mixing bowl. Mix in the heated soup mixture. Season with s&p. Pour into a 9xl3″ dish. Sprinkle l cup of cheese over the top of the casserole. Bake 30-45 mins. Serve warm.
