CREAMED SPINACH DELUXE

l/4 lb. butter
4 oz. cream cheese
l to l-l/2 cupbread crumbs
l0 oz. frozen chopped spinach; thaw, save juice
s&p
l/4 cup fresh Parmesan; grated
Melt butter and cream cheese. Remove from heat and add spinach, s&p.
Add some spinach juice. Tighten with bread crumbs. Do not make too d
ry; should be soggy. Place in casserole and top with cheese.
Bake at 350 until lightly browned.
