CREAM CHEESE CUP CAKES

l lbs. cream cheese
2 eggs
34 SUNSHINE VANILLA WAFERS
3/4 cup sugar
l tsp. vanilla
l can cherry pie filling
Aluminum mini-sized cup cake papers
Mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla JUST until smooth. Put
wafer in cup and fill 3/4 with cheese mix. Bake for l0 mins. at
375. Chill completely. Cover with cherry filling and serve.
