8 large hard boiled eggs peeled
3 tbsps. mayo
l-l/2 tbsps. chopped fresh tarragon
l tbsps. minced hsallot
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
l/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
l/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
8 ozs. crabmeat
Mix all ingredients and mount in cavity of eggs or cherry tomatoes. You could also use shrimp. garnish with fresh tarragon sprig.
