CRAB MEAT FOR CRACKERS

l/3 cup mayo
l/3 cup finely diced yellow bell pepper
2 tbsps. finely diced sweet onion
l/4 tsp. lime peal
2 tbsps. fresh lime juice
l/2 tsp. salt
l/4 tsp. ground red pepper
l lb. fresh lump or jumbo crabmeat picked over
Combine all ingrdients except crab in bowl. Fold in crab. Can be made ahead. Cover and refrigeragte.
