CRAB CAKES #2

l lb. lump crab meat picked over
4 tbsps. mayonnise, more or less as needed
2 tsp. Dijon mustard more or less as needed
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
l to 2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
l large yellow onion chopped
3 slices white bread with crust; cubed
l egg, beaten
chopped parsley’Saute onions until slightly bronwed and mix with rest of ingredients folding in gently and form into patties. Spray pan with cooking spray and broil of bake at 400 until browned or saute in frying pan sprayed with cooking spray and then brown under broiler.
