+l pkg. (l lb.) Oreo sandwich cookies, divided
2 tbsps. butter
4 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheeese, softened
l cup sugar
l sp. vanilla
4 eggs
Place 20 of the cookies in food processor. Process until finely ground. Add butter; mix well. Press onto bottom of l3x9″ pan. Coarsely chop remaining l5 cookies; set aside. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla withelectric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, mix until blended. Stir in l-l/2 cups of the reserved chopped cookies. Pour into crust. Sprinkle with remaining chopped cookies. ake at 350 for 40 mins. or until center is almost set.Cool. Refrigerate 3 hrs. or overnight. Cut into bars. Makes l8. Philadelphia Cream Cheese package
