CHOCOLATE CREME OREO CHEESECAKE

crust: l cup crushed chocolate ceme oreo cookies 0(about l3 cxookies)
Filling:
4 pkgs (8oz. each) cream cheese, softened
l cup sugar
l tsp vanilla
l pkg. semi sweet baking chocolate squares melted slightly cooled (bakers)
4 eggs
20 chocolate creme oreo chocolate sandwich cookies quartered
Crust: press cookig crumb sonto bottom of 9″ springform pan.
filling: mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electirxc mixer on med speed until well lended. Blend in melted chococlate. Add eggs, mixing on low speed just until blended. Genrtly stir in l-l/2 cups of the quartered cookies. . Pour over crust. Sprinkle with remaining quartered cookies. Bake at 325 for l hr. 5 mins. or until cneter is almost set if using a silver springofrm apan. Bake at 300 for l hr. 5 mins. if us8ing a dark nonstick pan. Run knife or metal spaulta around rim of pan to loose cake; cool before removing rim of pan. Refrigerate overnight. Garnish with cool whip.
