l cup dry bread crumbs
l/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tsp. dried basil
2 tsp. dried thyme
2 tsp. paprika
l stp. salt
l tsp. pepper
3/4 cup butter melted
2-l/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into l” cubes
In shallow bowl combine first 7 ingredients. Place butter in another shallow bowl. Dip chicken in butter then roll in bread crum mixture. Place in gresed l5xl0xl” baking pan. Bake uncovered at 400 for l5-20 mins or until juices run clear.
