2-l/2 cups diced cold chicken
l cup finely chopped celery
l cup sliced white grapes
l/2 cup shredded browned almonds
2 tbsps. minced parsley
l tsp. salt
l cup mayo
l/2 cup whipped cream
Combine and serve in lettuce cups with thin slices of chicken on
top, garnished with sliced stuffed olives or chopped ripe olives.
Serves 6 to 8.
