3 lbs. cooked diced chicken1-1/2 cups mayo1/3 cup dry white wine1/4 cup mango chutney2 tbs. curry powder (or to taste)1 tbs. lemon juice1/2 tsp. ground ginger3 scallions chopped1/2 cup raisins2/3 cup salted roasted cashewsAdd chicken annd mix all ingredients = refrigerate to blend. Can be servedat room temperature.
