3/4 cup real Mayonnaise
l/3 cup four
2 tbsps. instant minced onion
l tsp. garlic salt
2-l/4 cups milk
l cup shredded Swiss cheese
l/3 cup dry white wine
7 ozs. spaghetti, cooked, drained
2 cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey
l l0=oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, drained
l-l/4 cups sliced almonds
l 4-oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
l/4 cup chopped pimento
In med. saucepan, combine mayo, flour & seasonings. Gradually add
milk; cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Add
cheese & wine; stir until cheese melts. In large bowk, combine mayo
mixture, spaghetti, chicken, broccoli, 3/4 cup almonds, mushrooms &
pimento; toss lightly. Pour mixture into ll-3/4×7-l/2″ baking dish.
Top with remaining almonds. BAke at 350 for 40-45 mins. or until
thoroughly heated.
Serves 6 to 8.
