2 lbs. potatoes
2 cups heavy cream
l-l/2 cups milk
s&p
4 large cloves garlic, minced
2 cups grated Swiss cheese
Peel, wash & dry potatoes. Put in large saucepan with milk, cream,
s&p & garlic. Bring to boil stirring constantly. Pour into large
baking dish, sprinkle with cheese. Bake l hr. at 400. Allow to
stand l5 minutes before serving.
Slice potatoes in processor on #4 blade.
