Graham cracker crust in spring form pan.
2 pkgs. cream cheese (8 oz. each) softened to room temperature.
3 eggs
l/4 tsp. salt
l cup sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 cups sour cream
Beat eggs well. Add cheese – beat well. Add sugar, salt and
vanilla. Beat until smooth. Fold in sour cream
Bake at 375 for 35 minutes
