This is one of those dishes that always receives rave reviews. Take
it to a potluck and you’ll be a hit!
l head cauliflower, cut or broken into l-2″ florettes
l/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
l/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
4 tbsps. butter, melted
2/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
Cook cauliflower until tender . Drain. Place in greased casserole
In a bowl combine cheese,crumbs andmelted butter. Sprinkle over
cauliflower. Bake at 400 for l0-l5 mins. or until bubbly.
(Optional: add more cheese if desired, even a little Monterey
Jack)
