BUTTERSCOTCH APPLE NUT CAKE

l/2 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
3/4 cup white sugar
2 eggs, beaten
l cup cold water
2 cups sifted flour
l tsp. soda
l tsp. salt
l tsp. baking powder
2 cups raw apples, finely chopped
l/2 cup butterscotch chips
l/2 cup flour
l/2 cup chopped nuts
Topping:
l/2 cup brown sugar
l/2 cup chopped nuts
l/2 cup butterscotch chips
Mix first 9 ingredients together. Fo.ld in last four. Put in greased 9xl3″ pan. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle
on top. Bake 45 mins at 350.
