BRIDGET’S SPINACH SALAD

l can mandarin oranges
l can onion rings
2 tbsps. butter
2 tbsps. sugar
3/4 cup slivered almonds

Melt butter; add sugar. stir in nuts. sitr until lightly browned. cool and break up.

dressing:
l/4 cup oil
l/4 cup vinegar
l/2 tsp.l salt
3 tbs[s. sugar
l/2 tsp. celery seed
l/2 tsp. dry mustard
Shake up in jar.

l package baby spinach. add craising or sliced celery, add dressing, nuts, oranges and onion rings at last minute when ready to serve.
