4-l/2 cups seasoned croutons
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
l med. onion chopped
l/4 cup chopped sweet red pepper
l/4 cup chopped green pepper
l jar sliced mushrooms drained (4-l/2 ozs.)
8 eggs
4 cups milk
l tsp. salt
l tsp. ground mustard
l/8 tsp. pepper
8 bacon strips cooked and crumbled
Sprinkle croutons, cheese, onion, peppers and mushrooms into greased 9xl3″ baking dish. In a bowl combine the eggs, milk, salt, mustard and pepper. Slowly pour over vegetables. Sprinkle with bacon. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45-50 mins. or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
