BRANDY-SHROOM SAUCE FOR FLANK STEAK

l tbsps. solive oil
2cups sliced fresh mushrooms
2 green onions, bias sliced into l” pieces
l/3 cup brandy
l cup whipping cream
Cook mushrooms and green onions in skillet with olive oil over med heat till just tender. Remove from heat; add brandy. Return to heat; simmer, uncovered, 4 mins or till most of the liquid is evaporated. Add whipping cream; bring just to boiling. Boil gently 8 mins. or till reduced to l cup; stir frequently. Season with s&p.
