3 pork tenderloins
Marinade:
l cup olive oil
l/2 cup bourbon
3 trbsps. honey
l tbsps. micned garlic
l/2 cup thinly sliced onion
l/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsps. fresh sage
l/2 cup lemon juice
l-l/2 tbsps. fresh ginger grated
l tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
Combine all marinade ingredients; blend well. The marinade for this dish can be made a day before, but marinat ing should go on for 24 hrs. Lay the pork in plastic bag and pour marinade over them. Turning several times during the 24 hrs. that they are marinating. When ready to cook pat dry. Grill pori evenly until its internal temp. is l65. If pork is tob e eaten hot allow to sit on edge of grill for l0 mins. after cooking so that the juices can be drawn back into meat. Good either hot or cold. Prodigy
