2 pints fresh blueberries
6 ripe peaches, skinned and sliced
l/2 cup brown sugar
l tbsps. cinnamon
l/4 tsp. ground clove l/4 CUP LEMON JUICE
l/2 tsp. ground cardamon
l cup chopped onion
combine all ingredients in a pot and stir well to combine. bring mixture to a boil and then let cook uncovered at very low heat for
an hour. stir occasionally to make sure the fruit doesn’t stick to pot. taste for swseetness and decide if hyou want to add a little
more brown sugar or lemon juice. let cool then refrigerate. this chutney will keep for up to three weeks in refrigerator.
