BLUEBERRY CRISP

4 cups blueberries or l pkg. (l6-oz.) frozen unsweetened berries
2 tbsps. lemon juice
2/3 cup brown sugar, packed
2 tsps. cornstarch
2/3 cup quick cooking oats
l/2 cup flour
dash salt
l/3 cup butter or oleo
Vanilla ice cream
Toss b lueberries with lemon juice in ungreased l-l/2 qt. casserole.
Mix together l/3 cup brown sugar & cornstarc. Stir into blueberries.
Mix together oats, flour, l/3 cup brown sugar & salt. Cut in butter
with fork. Sprinkle over blueberries. Bake, uncovered, at 350 until
topping is light brown & blueberries are bubbly, about 40 mins.
Serve warm with ice cream.
Serves 5 to 6.
