l 8 oz. pkg cream cheese, room temp
l cup crumbled Roquefort or other blue cheese (about 3-l/2 oz.)
l cup mayo
l cup sour cream
l/2 cup finely chopped onion
l/2 cup finely chopped celery
2 garlic cloves, minced
l tsp. celery salt
l tsp. ground black pepper
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Using electric mixer beat until blended. Gransfer to serving bowl, cover and chill dip at least l hr. and up to 3 days.
