BERRY & PINEAPPLE CRUMBLE

l box yellow cake mix
l4 tbsps. (l-3/4 sticks) chilled butter cut into pieces
3/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
l/2 cup old fashioned oats
l tsp. cinnamon
l-l/2 cups chopped pecans
2 l-lb. bags frozen unsweetened blueberries
l 20 oz. can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup
vanilla ice cream
Heat oven 350. Butter l3x9″ dish. Combine cake mix, butter, l/4 cup sugar, oats & cinnamon in large bowl. Rub together with fingertips until mix resembles coarse meal and holds together in large moist clumps. Mix in pecans. Mix frozen blueberries, pineapple with syrup and remaining l/2 cup sugar in prepared dish. Cover fruit with cake mix topping. Bake crumble until fruit is bubbling thickly and topping is brown and crisp, about l hr. Let stand l5 mins. Serve with ice cream.
