4 cups (l/2 30-oz. bag frozen potato rounds (called Ore-Ida Potato
Crowns)
l lb. ground beef
l pkg. l0 oz. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
l can (2.8-oz.) Durkee French Fried Onions
2 cans cream of celery soup
l/3 cup milk
l cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4-oz)
l/4 tsp. garlic powder
l/8 tsp. black pepper
Heat oven to 400. Place potatoes on bottom and up sides of 8xl2″ or
9xl2″ casserole. Bake uncovered at 400 for l0 mins. Brown beef in
large chunks, rinse and drain.
Place beef, broccoli, l/2 can onions in potato shell. Combine soup,
milk, l/2 cup cheese and seasonings; pour over beef mixture. Bake
uncovered at 400 for 20 mins. Top with remaining cheese and onions.
Bake uncovered 2 to 3 mins. longer.
