4 salmon fillets (8 oz. each)
l/4 cup creamy caesar salad dressing
pepper to taste
l cup caesar salaad croutons, crushed
l/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tsp. dried basil
2 tbsps. olive oil
place salmon in a greased l5xl0″ baking pan. spoon the dressing over fillets; sprinkle with pepper. combine croutons, parmesan cheese and basil; sprinkle ovwr fillets and gently pressinto dressing drizzle with oil. Bake uncovered at 350 for l5-20 mins. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
