4 large portebello mushrooms, stems removed
l tbsps. oil
s&p
heat oven 425. on large rimmed baking sheet toss shrooms with oil and 2/3 cup water, season with s&p. arrange stem side down;
cover loosely wih foil. roast until tender, 35-40 minutes.
