These pork chops get an old fashioned flavor treatment that makes
them extra tender and juice.
l/2 tsp. prepared mustard
l tbsps. flour
l tbsps. sugar
l tsp. salt
l tbsps. vinegar
l cup water
l cup catsup
6 pork chops, cut l-l/4″ thick
Combine mustard, flour, sugar and salt. Add vinegar, water & catsup
and mix thoroughly. Pour mixture over chops in baking dish. Bake,
covered, at 350 for l-l/2 to 2 hours.
