l Alouette Baby Brid, l lb. 2 oz. size, any flavor
l sheet puff pastry, thawed
Roll out pastry to l/8″ thickness. Trim off a 4″ strip for
decoration; set aside. Place whole Brie in center of pastry and
wrap doug over the cheese. Seal, crimping edges together. Roll
strip into a rope to coil a design on top. Place wrapped Brie on
cookie sheet and bake at 400 for l5-20 mins. or until pastry is
golden brown. Let set 20 mins. before serving.
