BABY BACK RIBS *****

2 tbsps. brown sugar
l/2 cup soy sauce
l cupketchup
l/2 cup dark corn syrup
l/2 tsp. salt
l dash pepper
l tsp. dry mustard
2 cloves minced garlic
l/4 cup dark rum
l/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
l/2 tsp. onion powder
Cook all ingredients on high heat until boiling. Simmer 30-40 minuts.
4 lbs. baby back ribs
Wrp ribs in heavy foil and pour sauce over. Bake at 300 for 2-2-l/2 hrs. . Remove ribs from foil and smother
with sauce. Grill on hot gril 2 to 4 minutes perside.

Can be baked l day before. When you take them out of the oven try to drain liquid from fat
and then put back with sauce until next day. Discard any fat .
