3 lbs. asparagus spears, cleaned and trimmed, then cooked and drained well
2 tbsps. butter
l pkg. dry onion soup mix
l cup mozzarella or Jack cheese, diced or shredded
Arrange cooked asparagus in 9xl3″ baking dish. Melt butter. Add soup mix, stirring well. Drizzle mixture over the asparagus. Top with cheese. Bake at 450 for l0-l2 mins.
