3 lbs. fresh asparagus
l/2 cup butter
6 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
l/2 tsp. dried marjoram
l/2 cupsalted cashew nuts, coarsely chopped
Cook asparagus in salted water in a large covered skillet under tender, about l8 mins. or until done. Drain and arrange on a heated platter. Wh9ile asparagus cooks melt butter in a small saucepan; add lemon juice, marjoram and cashew nuts. Simmer over low heat for about 3 mins. Pour over asparagus.
