l/2 lb. ziti, uncooked
3/4 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic chopped
2 tbsps. olive oil
l tbsps. flour
2 cans (l4-l/2 oz.) each Italian style stewed tomatoes
l 8 oz. can tomato sauce
3/4 cup coarsely chopped green epper
3/4 cup coarsely chopped red pepper
l/2 lb. salami cut in small cubes
l/2 cup sliced ripe olives
l tsp. Italiaan seasoning
2 cups (8 ozs.) shredded mozzarella cheese
Cook ziti as directed, drain. Heat oven 350. In large skillet over med heat cook onion and garlic in oil until tender. Stir in rest of ingredients except cheese. Bring to a boil. reduce heat and simmer uncoverdd 5 mins. In large bowl combine ziti, tomato mixture and l cup cheese. Spoon into a greased l3x9″ dish. Top with remaining l cup cheese. Bake uncovered 25 mins. or until hot and bubbly. Let stand l0 ins.
