3/4 cup olive oil
4 to 5 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp oregano
chopped fresh parsley
1 can minced clams
1 can whole baby clams
(2 large cans baby clams plus liquid to 1/2 lb pasta)
Brown garlic in olive oil; add can chopped clams amd whole clams,
addparsley & oregano. If wanted on the hot side, add 1/2 tsp flaked
hot pepper. If you want with red sauce, add 1 can small tomato
sauce and cook for 45 min on low flame.
Pour over linguine & top with chopped fresh parsley & Italian
cheese.
